Shipping Policy

Shipping cost

Flat rate $10 shipping on every order, however many items you buy. The cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch

Orders are packed and shipped the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, so an order placed on Friday or over the weekend ships on Monday.

Delivery

Delivery time varies by destination. Your tracking number will show the carrier's current estimate. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed - once a parcel is with the carrier, its progress is outside our control.

Where we ship

Available destinations are shown at checkout. If your address is accepted there, we can ship to you. Any import duties, customs charges or taxes levied by your country are not included in the price you pay us and remain your responsibility.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you have not received one within two business days of ordering, email us and we will chase it.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Because we ship the next business day the window to correct one is short - contact us immediately if you spot a mistake. Once an order has shipped we cannot redirect it. Orders returned to us as undeliverable because the address was wrong or incomplete can be reshipped at your cost.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking stops updating and it does not arrive, email us with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Please keep all packaging and send photographs of both the parcel and the item, and we will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

One-of-a-kind stock

Our inventory is shared with the store on Melrose and changes daily. If an item sells in person before your online order is picked, we will contact you straight away and refund in full.
