Drip Nerdz does not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.
We are a resale store. Every piece we sell is one of a kind, bought, and authenticated in person.
Please buy carefully
Because we cannot accept returns, we would much rather answer a question than have you receive something that is not what you expected. Before you order:
- Read the full description.
- Look at every photograph.
- Check the measurements rather than the size label. Sizing on older, vintage and pre-owned pieces often differs from modern equivalents.
- Ask us anything. Email curated@dripnerdz.com and we will answer.
Pre-owned condition
Some of our stock has been worn and carries ordinary signs of use for its age — wear to fabric, soles, hardware, print or finish, fading, and minor marks. Vintage pieces show the effects of decades rather than seasons. The photographs and the description are part of the listing, and each item is sold in the condition shown.
Cancelling an order
We ship the next business day, so the window is short. If you contact us before your order has been dispatched we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once it has shipped, all sales are final.
If we cannot supply your order
Our stock is shared between this website and the store on Melrose, and occasionally an item sells in person before an online order for it can be picked. If that happens we will contact you straight away and refund the order in full. Refunds go back to the original payment method and can take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
