Drip Nerdz is an independent resale business. We buy, sell and trade authentic streetwear, footwear, accessories and vintage clothing from our store at 7559 Melrose Avenue, Los Angeles.

Not affiliated or endorsed

Drip Nerdz is not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, sponsored by or in any way officially connected to any brand, designer, label or manufacturer whose goods we resell, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. We are not an authorised dealer, distributor, stockist or licensee of any of them. This includes, without limitation, Chrome Hearts, Gallery Dept, Supreme, Amiri, Nike, Air Jordan, Adidas, Balenciaga, Dior, Alexander McQueen, Denim Tears, Hellstar, OVO, Bape and Travis Scott. Brand and designer names are used on this site only to identify and describe the item being resold.

Trademarks

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, designs and logos referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners. We resell genuine goods that we own, and refer to those brands by name because that is the only accurate way to describe what is for sale. Nothing on this site implies affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement by any trademark owner.

Authenticity

Every item we buy is inspected and authenticated in person before it is offered for sale. We do not knowingly sell replicas, and we do not list an item we are not confident in.

Pre-owned and vintage items

Much of what we sell is pre-owned or vintage. These items have been worn and carry ordinary signs of use for their age - wear to fabric, soles, hardware, print or finish; fading; minor marks; and in the case of vintage, the effects of decades rather than seasons. Photographs and the item description are part of the listing, and each item is sold in the condition shown. Sizing on older and vintage garments often differs from modern equivalents, so please read the measurements rather than relying on the size label.

Every piece is one of a kind. When it sells, it is gone.

All sales are final

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. This is stated here, on every product page, in our refund policy and at checkout. Please read the description, check the measurements and ask us anything you need to before you buy - we would much rather answer a question first than have you receive something that is not what you expected.

Pricing and availability

We buy stock every day and the inventory on this site changes constantly. Prices and availability can change without notice, and an item shown as available may sell in store before an online order is fulfilled. In the event of an obvious pricing error, or an item selling in store first, we will cancel the affected order and refund it in full rather than fulfil it incorrectly.

Reviews

Any customer reviews shown on this site are genuine and submitted by real customers. We do not write, buy, incentivise or fabricate reviews, and we do not delete a review because it is negative.

Venue hire

Our event space at 7559 Melrose Avenue is offered for private hire on separate terms, agreed in writing at the time of booking. Nothing on the Rent The Space page forms a contract or a binding quotation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drip Nerdz is liable only for the purchase price of the item supplied. Nothing here limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. This notice does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

This site and any purchase made through it are governed by the laws of the State of California.
